Produced in May in Montello, Italy, Acacia Honey is a delicate and much sought-for honey. It has a light straw-yellow color. When pure, as in this mono-varietal honey, it is almost crystalline, with delicate flavors of sugared almond and vanilla.<p></p><p>Mieli Thun's small, family run company is renowned for its many types of single variety Italian honeys, obtained through knowing and directed nomadic beekeeping.
